We are in the planning stages of setting up an Educational Eco-Living Project in Central Portugal, at a beautiful 3 hectare quinta on the banks of the Rio Mondego.

The project will be a working example of community eco-living. We plan to run courses and workshops (eco-building, alternative energy, organic and permaculture gardening, natural horsemanship, music, etc.) plus volunteering opportunities and holidays in yurts and other low-impact dwellings.

We welcome volunteers and provide camping accommodation with basic facilities, plus meals, in return for your help.
